The Belcaro Park neighborhood is a Central Denver enclave that features 1960s-1970s homes on spacious lots. Belcaro is also a short distance to both downtown Denver and Cherry Creek North. It is a quite neighborhood that is lauded as being stately while also unpretentious.
It is easily accessible to I-25 and the light rail system and is bordered by Cherry Creek South Drive to the North, Mississippi Avenue to the South, Colorado Boulevard to the East and University Boulevard to the West.
Formerly known as Stapleton, Central Park is a newer neighborhood to the east of Downtown Denver. As the largest neighborhood in the Mile High City, Central Park has 12 sub-neighborhoods: Beeler Park, Bluff Lake, Central Park North, Central Park West, Conservatory Green, Eastbridge, East 29th Avenue, North End Neighborhood, South End, Westerly Creek, Wicker Park, and Willow Park East.
The vast majority of Central Park is designated as residential with single-family homes, duplexes, townhomes, row homes, condos, and apartments. Architectural styles range from traditional to contemporary and modern revivals. Among the many homes, there are a few business districts and shopping centers.
Cherry Creek neighborhood is home to luxury shopping districts and offers high-end boutiques, art galleries, salons, coffee shops, and an array of restaurants. Shopping, and eating aren’t the only activities available in Cherry Creek, You can hop on the Cherry Creek recreational path that runs you right into downtown and extends over 22 miles.

City Park is bordered by 23rd Avenue to the North, Colfax Avenue to the South, Colorado Boulevard to the East, and York Street to the West.
The Highlands neighborhood has seen amazing growth and change over the past few years. In fact, The Highlands now includes several smaller more distinct neighborhoods in the area including LoHi (Lower Highlands), West Highlands even Berkley and Sunnyside. The emergence of trendy bars, local boutiques, art galleries, and popular restaurants have made this area one of the most sought after neighborhoods for young professionals, visitor, young retirees and locals alike.
The Victorian-era and beautiful bungalow style homes and lush gardens and parks contribute to the popularity of this wonderful neighborhood.
The Highlands offer gorgeous views of downtown Denver and the Rocky Mountains making for impressive patio seating and outdoor fun for the whole family.
Noted for its quiet, tree-shaded streets, picturesque parks, and lush parkway along E. 6th Avenue. Hilltop lies adjacent to Cherry Creek home to some of Denver’s most exclusive boutiques, restaurants, and art galleries.
Hilltop has seen some of the most drastic change of all the neighborhoods in Denver over the last few decades. Many of the 1950’s and 1960’s ranches have given way to the McMansion boom in the 1990’s. Home to an array of Traditional, Modern and Spanish style home this is a great option for larger homes situated on large lots with close access to Cherry Creek.
Hilltop is bordered by 6th Avenue to the North, Alameda Avenue to the South, Holly Street to the East and Colorado Boulevard to the West.

Park Hill, located on high ground east of City Park, remains one of the most coveted neighborhoods in Denver. Shaded by stately American Elms, Park Hill's exquisite thoroughfares: 17th Avenue, Forest, and Montview parkways, are among the most beautiful in the city.
Park Hill's homeowners enjoy short strolls to some of Denver's finest cultural attractions and shopping. On the west is lake-graced City Park, home to the highly regarded Museum of Nature and Science, Gates Planetarium, IMAX Theatre, Denver Zoo, and Municipal Golf Course.
Although residents enjoy a serene lifestyle sheltered from the urban hubbub, Park Hill is just 10 minutes by car from Downtown; world-renowned Cherry Creek Mall Shopping District.
South Park Hill is bounded by East 23rd Avenue to the north, East Colfax Avenue to the south, Colorado Boulevard to the west, and Quebec Street to the east.
Sloan’s Lake has grown in its popularity in recent years due to its outdoor attractions and location. It is not only home to one of Denver County’s largest lakes but also the second largest park. These two features are a draw for walking, running, biking, boating, fishing, and numerous other activities. Additionally, there are plenty of new restaurants, breweries and bars that border the Lake.
Sloan’s Lake offers numerous types of homes. However in recent years new contemporary single-family homes, NEW row/townhomes have been popping up rapidly. Some of these will offer the amazingly rare trifecta views of the city, mountains, and lake!
The streets that define this neighborhood are Sheridan Blvd. to the West, Federal Blvd. to the East, Colfax to the South, and 26th Ave to the North.
Once a crisscross of railroad tracks and tumbleweeds, the northwest end of downtown—Union Station has grown into its own neighborhood offering its own strong hold of businesses, restaurants, hotels, and high-rises.
The beautiful Commons and Confluence parks—are popular spots for running, throwing Frisbees and even some water activities. Both parks converge here and connect to the Cherry Creek Trail bike path, making two-wheel commuting into and out of the area a whole lot easier

The heart of University Hills neighborhood is the University of Denver and its gorgeous campus. Living in University Hills offers residents a dense suburban feel with many different types of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and small parks. Its central location and accessibility to the Tech Center and Downtown make it attractive to residents.

University Hills is bordered by I-25 to the North, Downing to the West, University Blvd to the East and Evans to the South.
