Introducing Mondo West, a female-owned, custom real estate brokerage, born and raised in Colorado and deeply rooted in our community. We live in the neighborhoods we serve and believe in investing in our community through philanthropy and volunteering. Our approachable and personable team is down-to-earth, yet knowledgeable, skilled and experienced in our complex real estate landscape. MEET OUR CO-FOUNDERS

After working together for more than five years in Denver’s dynamic real estate market, sharing cups of coffee and glasses of wine, in victory and in defeat Carrol & Bridget knew they had developed a strong bond over their unmatched dedication to clients, collaborative approach and an unrelenting work ethic (hence the coffee). It became clear as a blue bird day that they were in sync with their values, goals and a passion to create an extraordinary real experience where their clients and the community come first.

And so Mondo West was born with one goal in mind… an uncompromising dedication to our client’s success.

  • Co-Founder

    Carrol is a passionate Denver native and with a deep love for the city and its people! As an experienced agent and investor, she is committed to helping her clients pursue their real estate dreams while advocating for homeownership for all. For Carrol, Real Estate is about more than just buying and selling - it’s about building community and making a positive impact. When she’s not volunteering in her beloved Park Hill neighborhood or serving on local committees, you can usually find Carrol working on her historic mountain getaway and planning her next travel adventure with family.

    Bridget hails from Evergreen – another rare Native and has called Denver home for most of her life and is self admittedly a Colorado cliché who loves all this state has to offer. She can be seen out and about on the ski slopes, at local music venues, traveling as much as possible, hiking on sunny days and trying new restaurants and local fare as they pop up in old neighborhoods. You may have heard that more recently she has invested in and orchestrated two large-scale renovations projects in town and loves to get her hands dirty on new projects and renovate the old into new again!
